The Colorado Mammoth are one of the ten teams of the National Lacrosse
League. The Mammoth are in the West Division with five other teams.
They play at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado, sharing facilities
with the Colorado Avalanche professional hockey team and the Denver
Nuggets professional basketball team. |

 The Colorado Mammoth is a member of the National Lacrosse League. They have played at Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado, since the 2003 season. In 2004 they became the league's attendance leader, closely beating the Toronto Rock.The games in Denver are known for their especially intense nature, combining full crowds with fast-paced arena lacrosse and loud music. The Colorado Mammoth boast two of the best players in the league. Veteran Gary Gaits was voted MVP for the 2002-2003 NLL season. Brian Langtry was honored with Rookie of the Year.  In 2006, they again came away with the league attendance record, again beating out the Toronto Rock. 2006 was the first year in the 20-year history of the NLL that the league had an attendance of more than one million fans in one season. |
